Licensed-Plan Coordination

This is not an instant download. After payment, ACET confirms the customer, project, package, current price, and license terms; places the authorized order; reviews the received files; and delivers them by email. Delivery is generally targeted within 3–5 business days after supplier confirmation. ACET coordinates the authorized plan order with Architectural Designs and the original designer.

Preliminary Cost-to-Build Report

ACET provides an early construction-budget report based on the plan and experienced builder review. It is not a final bid or guarantee; actual costs depend on the property, engineering, codes, selections, modifications, labor, materials, market pricing, and final scope.

Personalization and Exclusions

Modifications and printed plan sets may be available for additional fees. Construction, land, site work, surveying, engineering, energy calculations, permitting, modifications, and site-specific code adaptation are not included unless expressly stated.

Design Attribution and Rendering Notice

Design credit belongs to Architectural Designs and the original designer identified in the licensed documents; copyright and ownership remain with the original designer. The delivered license controls construction, copying, modification, transfer, reuse, and distribution. Renderings are conceptual; the completed home may vary due to site conditions, engineering, codes, approved modifications, materials, selections, construction methods, landscaping, lighting, colors, and finishes. Local professional review or stamping may be required.
